Gabbia hyperextended his knee but didn't sustain structural damage, Sky Italy reported.

Gabbia will make the trip to Saudi Arabia with the rest of the team, as he could potentially be cleared to play in one of the Supercoppa final four. He'll have more time to recuperate for the next Serie A match against Verona on December 28.
