Maroan Sannadi Injury: Set to undergo surgery

Sannadi (knee) is set to undergo a surgery on Monday, the club announced.

Sannadi began the season with discomfort in his right knee due to a lingering meniscus issue that will require surgery. The striker received conservative treatment over the last three months, which limited his availability for Athletic. He will now undergo surgery to address the problem, and his absence won't impact the starting squad since he has mainly been a bench option this season because of the injury.
