Ismael Kone News: Loaned to US Sassuolo

Kone has joined US Sassuolo on loan from Marseille for the 2025/26 season with an option to purchase, his parent club announced.

Kone arrived in Marseille last summer and played only nine games in a Phoceans shirt before being loaned to Stade Rennais for the second part of the season. The Canadian has reportedly been in conflict with coach Roberto De Zerbi and will aim to see more playing time in Italy at US Sassuolo, as he had no chance to feature for OM this season.
