Franco Romero News: Assists against Tigres

Romero assisted once to go with one shot (one on goal) and one chance created in Sunday's 2-1 (11-9) penalty shootout victory versus Tigres.

Romero delivered the pass that led to Helinho's equalizer in the 40th minute of the championship victory. That was only the second assist of the campaign for the defensive midfielder, as he barely took part in offensive duties. He did enjoy regular playing time, and his averages of 46.3 accurate passes and 2.2 tackles per game ranked third and fifth, respectively, among Toluca players.
