Out at Ed Carpenter Racing
IRL
September 25, 2024
VeeKay and Ed Carpenter Racing failed to come to an agreement on a new contract, Nathan Brown of The Indianapolis Star reports.
ANALYSIS
VeeKay had driven for Ed Carpenter Racing the last five years, but failed to finish inside the top-10 in points once with only one win to show for at the Indy Road Course back in 2021. VeeKay is the odd man out at ECR with Alexander Rossi coming on board in 2025 and Christian Rasmussen staying for next season as well. VeeKay will hope to find a new home for 2025 and beyond in the coming weeks.
