Armstrong finished in seventh place at the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix at Nashville Superspeedway on Sunday.

ANALYSIS
Armstrong was able to grab his eighth top-10 finish of the year, but it was a disappointing 14th place finish in the championship in 2024. Chip Ganassi Racing thought the 24-year-old would fair better than that in his second season with the team. We know the equipment is among the best with teammate Alex Palou winning his third title in four years. Armstrong may not be back next season with CGR after the team decided to go from five to three full-time teams in 2025, but he is still a quality talent that should be able to find a ride at some point.
