Lundqvist finished in eighth place at the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix at Nashville Superspeedway on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
Lundqvist finished the race right where he started in eighth. It was his fourth top-10 finish of the season and he will finish 16th in the final championship standings. Lundqvist was fourth of the five Chip Ganassi Racing cars this season. That being said, Lundqvist did win Rookie of the Year and is hoping that CGR elects to retain him for 2025 when they go from five to three full-time teams.
