Lands with Ed Carpenter Racing

Rossi has signed a multi-year deal with Ed Carpenter Racing to drive the No. 20 Chevrolet full-time in the IndyCar Series starting in 2025, Nathan Brown of The Indianapolis Star reports.

ANALYSIS
It was unclear where Rossi was going to land after it was announced that he would not be back at McLaren in 2025. Rossi was able to hammer out a deal with Ed Carpenter Racing to bring the 32-year-old back to IndyCar for a 10th full-time season in the series. Rossi will team up alongside Christian Rasmussen at ECR as the two-full time chartered drivers for the team. Rinus VeeKay was unable to sign an extension with the team and will look for a new home. Rossi is an eight-time winner in IndyCar and is hoping to find victory lane again in 2025.
