Quarantillo opened as a -155 favorite when this fight was announced, but was down to a +110 underdog when it finally kicked off. As always, Vegas knows all. Billy couldn't have looked any worse. He was consistently and thoroughly dominated by Zalal at the point of attack throughout the course of the fight. He was beaten up on the feet and then dominated whenever the bout ended up on the mat. No fighter on the UFC roster is as inconsistent as Quarantillo. The 35-year-old Floridian has alternated losses and wins in his past eight bouts.
