2025 Fantasy Outlook
Rempe is a towering forward who frequently utilizes his size and is perfectly willing to fight. He isn’t is much of a threat with the puck, and that shortcoming led to him logging just 42 games with the Rangers in 2024-25. He had 67 PIM and 117 hits while averaging 8:30 of ice time at the NHL level last year, so it’s not unreasonable to believe he could be a league leader in PIMs and record over 200 hits if he plays regularly on the Rangers’ fourth line this season. However, it wouldn’t be surprising if he ends up spending a good chunk of the campaign as a healthy scratch, so projecting him to finish with 70-90 PIM and 125-150 hits would be better. Rempe is also unlikely to get more than 10-15 points this campaign after finishing 2024-25 with three goals and five assists. Read Past Outlooks

2024 Fantasy Outlook
Rempe made his NHL debut Feb. 18 and quickly became a fan favorite for his willingness to fight and play a physical style of hockey that blended well with his 6-foot-7, 241-pound frame. He ended up recording a goal, two points, 71 PIM, 12 shots and 50 hits in 17 regular-season games with the Rangers and added another goal, 10 PIM, five shots and 38 hits across 11 playoff contests. After making a huge first impression, it wouldn't be surprising to see Rempe make the Rangers out of training camp. He might not play in every game, but he should be a tremendous source of PIM and hits.
