Dylan Holloway

Dylan Holloway

23-Year-Old CenterC
St. Louis Blues
2024 Fantasy Outlook
Holloway had just one point in his first 14 games last season and before suffering a lower-body which cost him the better part of two months. He remained healthy the rest of the way, closing with six goals and nine points in 38 regular-season games. The highlight of his season was a two-goal, one-assist effort in Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final. Holloway's blazing speed makes him an ideal forechecker and he could see an increased role after signing an offer sheet St. Louis in the offseason. Read Past Outlooks

All-around showing in win
CSt. Louis Blues
March 21, 2025
Holloway scored a goal, registered an assist, blocked three shots and dished out seven hits in Thursday's 4-3 overtime win over the Canucks.
ANALYSIS
Holloway's tally was the latter of two goals scored by St. Louis in just 24 seconds. He remained active on both ends of the ice with a combined 10 hits and blocks and capped off his night with an assist on Philip Broberg's game-winning goal in overtime. The 23-year-old Holloway is up to 23 goals, 33 assists, 162 shots on goal, 47 blocks and 151 hits in 70 games this season. Holloway currently has a five-game point streak with nine points during this stretch. The 2020 first-round selection is having a phenomenal campaign and has the chance to cross the 65-point mark. He should be rostered in all fantasy formats with his incredible category coverage and recent momentum.

2023 Fantasy Outlook
Holloway's first taste of NHL action was less than spectacular -- he produced three goals and six assists over 51 games as a rookie last season. The forward has some appeal with his physical play, as he racked up 83 hits and 27 PIM. Holloway was taken 14th overall in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft, so there's still plenty of time for him to develop into a middle-six power winger. He should have a good shot of being on the Oilers' roster throughout 2023-24, but without a top-six role or power-play time, his offense will likely remain under the 30-point mark for the full season.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Bound for St. Louis
CEdmonton Oilers
August 20, 2024
Holloway's offer sheet with St. Louis is not expected to be met by Edmonton on Tuesday, Ryan Rishaug of TSN reports.
ANALYSIS
Holloway logged 38 regular-season games for the Oilers last year in which he generated six goals on 56 shots, three assists and 90 hits while averaging 11:22 of ice time. With the Blues, the winger should slot into a bottom-six role, likely challenging Kasperi Kapanen or Mathieu Joseph for ice time -- though he could move up the lineup should injuries crop up during the season.
