After getting into a career-high 30 NHL games in the 2022-23 campaign, Mackey has appeared in just three outings at the top level in the last two regular seasons. The lack of NHL time coincided with entering the Rangers' organization, and there seems to be no reason to suggest an uptick in minutes is forthcoming.
