Askarov will start Tuesday's road game against Vancouver, Max Miller of NHL.com reports.

Askarov has lost his last three outings while permitting 12 goals on 74 shots. However, he has made 56 saves on 61 shots en route to winning his previous two starts against the Canucks this season. In the 2025-26 campaign, Vancouver is tied for 28th in the league with 2.60 goals per game.
