Tyler Motte Injury: Exits with injury

Motte (lower body) left Wednesday's preseason game versus the Hurricanes for precautionary reasons, per Armando Velez of The Hockey News.

It sounds like the Panthers didn't want to push things with Motte, who is in camp on a professional tryout agreement. The 30-year-old can be considered day-to-day ahead of the Panthers' next preseason contest, which is a rematch with the Hurricanes on Monday.
