Nick Lardis News: Scores in shootout win

Lardis scored a goal on two shots in Thursday's 4-3 shootout win over the Hurricanes.

Lardis had gone four games without a point. The 20-year-old is still finding his way at the NHL level, playing mainly in a third-line role with some power-play time on the second unit. He's up to five goals, one assist, 30 shots on net, 31 hits and a minus-8 rating over 19 outings to begin his career.
