2025 Fantasy Outlook
Meyers doubled his AHL point total in his third year in the league, going from 25 points in 32 games with AHL Colorado in 2023-24 to 51 points in 57 regular-season contests in his first year with Coachella Valley. He also got into eight games with the Kraken last season but failed to record a point. Meyers received a one-year contract extension, but the Kraken have plenty of wing depth, so it'll be tough for the 26-year-old to carve out a regular role. He should get some NHL action in 2025-26, but that'll likely require Seattle to lose some forwards to injuries. Read Past Outlooks
Dropped to AHL
Meyers was loaned to AHL Coachella Valley on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
Meyers was a healthy scratch in Saturday's 4-1 win over San Jose because Frederick Gaudreau returned to the lineup from an upper-body injury. The 27-year-old Meyers has three assists, eight shots on net and 14 hits in nine NHL appearances this season.

2022 Fantasy Outlook
Widely viewed as the best undrafted college free agent in last year's class, Meyers was a finalist for the Hobey Baker Award as the NCAA's top player following a 17-goal, 41-point performance in 34 games in his junior season at the University of Minnesota. He was also a point-per-game player for Team USA at the Olympics. Meyers signed with Colorado in mid-April and played five games for the club, scoring one goal. He was ineligible for the postseason. Meyers' ceiling is pretty low, but he has a shot to be a bottom-six regular, which would be a great result for the team given the fact he was undrafted.
