Tiefensee notched a 24-save shutout in AHL Texas' 5-0 win over Rockford on Friday.

Tiefensee picked up his first AHL shutout with this effort. He's 7-4-0 with a 2.16 GAA and a .928 save percentage over 12 outings in the AHL this season. Remi Poirier is still seeing most of the playing time for Texas, so Tiefensee is no higher than fourth on the Stars' organizational depth chart.
