2025 Fantasy Outlook
In late 2023, Glover was the talk of the golf world. At the age of 44, suddenly someone learned how to putt. Glover parlayed his magical run into two victories and over $6 million in earnings. Though he was a major winner earlier in his career, he never quite panned out like many thought he would, often straddling the top-125 line. It was no surprise then that he came back down to Earth in 2024. To Glover's credit, however, he didn't completely disappear this past year, he just simply played like he had for the better part of the past 15 years. Now in his mid-40s, there's no reason to think that Glover is going to go on another run like he did in 2023 and as such, he makes for a poor salary cap selection for the upcoming season. Another strong finish in Silvis
Glover closed with a seven-under 64 in the final round of the John Deere Classic to finish in a share of fifth place.
ANALYSIS
Glover posted another strong finish at the John Deere Classic to make it six top-25s in his last seven starts, with four top-10s in that stretch at Quad Cities. It's also Glover's second straight top-10 (T9 at Travelers) and fifth top-10 of 2025. It was another great week with the irons at ninth in SG: Approach and T6 for the week in Silvis. Glover is now up to 23rd in the FedExCup standings and will take next week off to prep for the Open Championship.

It looked like Glover's career was winding to a close halfway through the 2022-23 season, but a massive putting change worked wonders for the 2009 U.S. Open champ. He posted three straight top-six finishes before getting back in the win column at the Wyndham Championship then following that up with a win at the opening FedExCup playoff event in Memphis. Statistically Glover was one of the best ball-strikers on Tour once again ranking top-15 in driving accuracy, SG: Approach, and GIR percentage. That all being said, age is not on the side of the 44-year-old and it would be incredibly hard to reach his earnings total from 2022-23 in 2024.
