Passes on PGA Tour to return to LIV
Canter is expected to re-join LIV Golf in 2026, Josh Carpenter of the Sports Business Journal reports.
ANALYSIS
Canter played with LIV Golf over their first three seasons, but was a full DP World Tour member in 2025. He played so well that he ended up earning a PGA Tour card as one of the 10 highest ranked DP World Tour members who were not otherwise exempt. In a somewhat surprising move, Canter will instead opt to re-join LIV for the 2026 campaign. It's unclear at this point what team that the Englishman will join, but there are some openings out there.
