While the Rams had significant offseason turnover at wide receiver, Jackson's still way down the depth chart and a long shot to make a fantasy impact. He was a late-bloomer at Syracuse with an impressive 66 receptions for 1,023 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns as a senior, so there's still long-term potential his NFL career has a similar trajectory as he acclimatizes to the highest level. However, he didn't even play on special teams last year, so the 23-year-old receiver is definitely on the roster bubble.
