24-Year-Old Wide ReceiverWR
Cleveland Browns
2024 Fantasy Outlook
Moore had the best season of his three-year career with the Browns. Despite recording 640 yards and two touchdowns, it was a disappointing year for the receiver. Although he was frequently being used on short and intermediate routes, Moore caught an unimpressive 56.7 percent of his passes. Some may blame Moore’s struggles on the revolving door the Browns had at quarterback. However, Amari Cooper and David Njoku were fine in the same situation. Also, the team added Jerry Jeudy via trade. Expect Moore to see very limited snaps as the No. 4 or No. 5 receiver. Read Past Outlooks

WRCleveland Browns
September 30, 2024
Moore caught his lone target for 11 yards in Sunday's 20-16 loss to Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
Moore's touch came on the Browns' first drive -- perhaps their best of the season -- and converted a 3rd-and-10. That was the end of his involvement, however. He opened the season with 14 targets over the first two weeks, but Moore has lagged behind Amari Cooper and Jerry Jeudy and been targeted just four times the last two games. Until the Browns can get their erratic offense going -- Cleveland has yet to score more than 20 points in a game, and the defense was responsible for one of its four touchdowns -- Moore does not appear to be a viable fantasy asset.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2023
2022
2021
Moore was the 34th overall pick in the 2021 Draft and just turned 23 in March. A lot has already happened, starting with a promising but injury-plagued rookie year in which he had 459 yards and five TDs in a span of six games before missing the final five games with a quad injury. Moore then bounced in and out of the lineup last year, finishing with 92 fewer yards and four fewer TDs than his rookie season despite staying healthy and playing five more games. Frustrated with his role and the Jets' lousy QB play, Moore requested a trade in October and was held out for a game immediately thereafter. The Jets did end up trading him, just not until March and only netting a pick swap in return (No. 74 for No. 42) with the Browns. With 4.35 speed and strong marks in the other drills from his 2021 pro day, Moore is probably Cleveland's best athlete at his position but won't automatically overtake Donovan Peoples-Jones for the starting job opposite Amari Cooper. Between his youth, physical skills and strong rookie showing, Moore makes for a sensible bench stash in fantasy leagues.
Drafted 34th overall in 2021, Moore was part of an offseason revamp that saw the Jets add QB Zach Wilson and fellow wideout Corey Davis. Of the three, only Moore met expectations, overcoming a sluggish start to become the team's top weapon during the middle part of the season. His 4.35 speed and lateral agility were on full display from late October to early December, a six-game stretch in which Moore caught 34 of 51 targets for 459 yards and five touchdowns. During that time, he had no fewer than six targets, three catches or 43 yards in any game, while Davis was in and out of the lineup with hip and groin injuries. Unfortunately, that was the end of the road, as Moore then joined Davis on the sidelines for the final five weeks of the season while dealing with a quad injury and COVID-19. Neither issue figures to impact his offseason preparation, and Moore now has a chance to establish himself ahead of Davis and first-round pick Garrett Wilson as the No. 1 option, after averaging seven targets per game as a rookie (and with solid efficiency numbers, given the terrible quarterback play). Of course, Moore's development is only half of the equation, as fantasy production will also depend on Zach Wilson becoming a serviceable NFL quarterback.
The 34th overall pick in this year's draft, Moore (5-9, 178) profiles as a slot receiver, only one with blistering 4.35 speed. That could make current slot man Jamison Crowder expendable, leaving Moore to compete for targets with last year’s second-rounder Denzel Mims and offseason free-agent acquisition Corey Davis. Moore could make things easier on rookie QB Zach Wilson with his quickness, agility and speed in the short areas of the field, but Davis and Mims are likely to see more red-zone work.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
WR3 after Jeudy trade?
WRCleveland Browns
March 9, 2024
With the Browns acquiring wide receiver Jerry Jeudy from the Broncos on Saturday, Moore is likely to slide to the third wideout spot on the depth chart behind Jeudy and Amari Cooper.
ANALYSIS
Moore was traded by the Jets to the Browns in March of 2023, and the 2021 second-round pick out of Ole Miss showed off his versatility during OTAs and training camp. While Moore posted career highs with 59 catches on 104 targets for 640 yards, it wasn't the level of production expected out of the WR2 behind Cooper. With Jeudy now in the fold, Moore will likely see a dip in targets and snaps, though the latter could have a better catch rate in 2024 with less defenders focused on him in the passing game.
