Participates in practice
Jones (groin) participated in individual drills in training camp Wednesday, Mike DeFabo of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Jones has been dealing with a groin injury that has saddled him with a day-to-day designation thus far in camp. The 23-year-old didn't participate in any full-contact drills Wednesday, but he did don pads with the rest of his teammates according to Alan Saunders of SteelersNow.com. The Steelers unsurprisingly look to be taking a cautious approach with the third-year pro, who is expected to once again start at left tackle.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Could regain role
Coach Mike Tomlin said Jones could regain his role as a starter along the Steelers' offensive line, Dale Lolley of the team's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Jones was benched to start Sunday's game against Denver but saw the field in the second quarter. However, he was penalized three times in a six-play span and did not re-enter the contest. Jones is currently listed as the backup to Troy Fautanu and Dan Moore at right and left tackle, respectively, though it sounds as though he could regain a bigger role at some point this season.
