Theis signed a contract with Monaco through the end of the 2025-26 season, the team announced Monday via its official website.

ANALYSIS
After spending seven-plus seasons in the NBA, Theis will return to Europe and link up with one of the top teams in France. Monaco has no shortage of options at the center spot, but Theis appeared in 411 NBA games and averaged 16 minutes per contest over 38 appearances with the New Orleans Pelicans during the current campaign, so expect the 32-year-old to become his new club's top big man in short order.
