Surrender had an amazing tournament run, but it ended early as he finished 3rd/4th in the Hearthstone World Championship.

Surrender was the hottest player in the field coming into the event. Surrender won the most recent global seasonal championship in the Summer and continued that dominance in Amsterdam. He went through the field undefeated, working his way up to a 15 series HCT winstreak thanks to some absolutely jaw-dropping plays.
