2022 Fantasy Outlook
Scott stepped into a larger role during his sophomore season with the Bearcats, functioning as the second option in the Desmond Ridder led offense. The 5-foot-11 wideout started in eight games, (appeared in all 14), logging 30 catches for 520 yards and five touchdowns. This season should provide additional opportunities for Scott with 2021 top-option, Alec Pierce, who handled a 21.9 percent target share in the offense, leaving the program to join the NFL. There remain some major question marks for the program that will make the transition from the recently selected NFL quarterback Ridder to either an inexperienced Evan Prater (who has completed just five passes in his collegiate career), or incoming senior-transfer Ben Bryant (3,121 yards, 14 touchdowns and seven interceptions in 2021 with Eastern Michigan). Scott figures to function as the top-option for the Bearcats in 2022, but the offensive efficiency for the team remains in question.
