Trent Walker

Walker broke out as the clear top target in the passing attack in 2024, racking up 81 grabs for 901 yards and a pair of touchdowns over the course of the regular season. What's even more impressive is doing that despite having a quarterback under center who was far from impressive, with Gevani McCoy starting the first seven games and completing 62.3 percent of his passes (solid) for just 6.7 yards per attempt (not great) and a 3:5 TD:INT ratio (also bad). In comes Maalik Murphy from Duke. While McCoy was more of a rushing threat last year, running 59 times for 328 yards and five scores, Murphy is on the opposite end of the spectrum, losing 79 yards on his 19 totes last season. However, he also threw for 2,933 yards and 26 touchdowns, a far cry from McCoy's three. Even if Walker's target share takes a step back in 2025, improved efficiency and an increase in receiving scores could make him an intriguing fantasy target. Read Past Outlooks
