2024 Receiving Projections
2024 Fantasy Outlook
Horton's been one of the most dominant wide receivers in Colorado State's program history. He's recorded back-to-back seasons leading the team in receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns, with this past season narrowly being the better of the two. During 2023, he brought in 96 passes for 1136 yards and eight touchdowns, and Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi's return under center brings stability to the passing attack that produced Horton's 2023 output, suggesting there's little reason he can't replicate the effort. Held in check vs. Longhorns
Horton hauled in all five targets for 31 yards during Saturday's 52-0 defeat to Texas.
ANALYSIS
Horton, like the rest of the Colorado State offense, had a tough time finding any space against the Longhorns on Saturday. Still, the senior wideout accounted for 31 of the Rams 74 passing yards. Expectations will remain high for Horton going forward after posting back-to-back seasons with over 1,000 receiving yards and eight touchdowns. Better results should be ahead, starting next week when CSU hosts Northern Colorado.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2023
2022
Horton compiled an impressive resume during his first season with the Rams in 2022, boasting 71 catches for 1,131 yards and eight touchdowns on 112 targets, which equated to a 35.4 percent target share, ranking him second in the FBS last season behind Isaiah Alston at run-heavy Army Army, though Alston averaged just 3.8 targets per contest. Horton and quarterback Clay Millen are back, so there's little reason to anticipate a significant deviation from the heavy reliance on Horton in the passing game and another massive output in 2023.
