ANALYSIS
Like many juniors, in an attempt to maximize his last year of collegiate eligibility, Jackson will test the transfer portal. Prior to Central Florida, he was part of Tennessee and Indiana. But unlike both colleges, UCF included a well-above-average Jackson, who logged at least 2,000 passing yards and double-digit touchdowns as a starting quarterback.
