Quintez Cephus

ANALYSIS
After sitting out the 2018 season due to a legal matter, Cephus was reinstated at Wisconsin during fall camp and immediately asserted himself as Wisconsin's top receiver. Over his 14 appearances, Cephus caught 59 of 94 targets for 901 yards and seven touchdowns. His departure leaves a major hole in a Wisconsin pass-catching corps that will otherwise return most of its key contributors in 2020.
