Finds end zone in season finale
Carter tallied seven carries for 47 yards and one touchdown and caught all three targets for 23 yards during Saturday's 41-14 loss to Rutgers.
ANALYSIS
Carter found the end zone on a 26-yard scamper in the first quarter to open up the scoring on the day. Unfortunately for the Spartans, they would not score again until late in the fourth quarter with the game well in hand in favor of the Scarlet Knights. The redshirt junior running back has been a decent contributor for the Spartans in 2024, running for 499 yards and five touchdowns in 12 games as part of a committee with Kayron Lynch-Adams. With the team remaining ineligible for bowl season, Carter will have to wait until the 2025 season for his next chance to suit up for the Spartans, barring a decision to transfer or enter the NFL Draft.
