Lower Leg
October 30, 2020
Bushman (lower leg) is expected to enter the 2021 NFL Draft rather than returning to BYU next season, Matt Zenitz of AL.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Bushman suffered damage to his Achilles' tendon at the beginning of September that forced him out for the 2020 season as he was expected to boost his professional stock during his senior season. The tight end recorded at least 500 yards in each of his three seasons with the Cougars as he tallied 125 receptions for 1,719 yards and nine touchdowns during his collegiate career.

DFS College Football 101: Friday Bowl Slate
December 21, 2018
Spencer Limbach breaks down Friday's two-game bowl slate. Toledo's Bryant Koback brings his 13 rushing scores into action against a weak FIU defense, making him a premier play. Who else makes the cut for this slate?
2018 Fantasy Outlook
Bushman is an anomaly at tight end, having led his team in all major receiving categories in 2017 with 49 catches for 520 yards and three touchdowns. He's a physical mismatch at 6-foot-5 and 230 pounds in an offense that makes use of its tight ends in ways that most college systems simply do not. For context, Bushman's 89 targets were just two shy of matching Mark Andrews' 91 at Oklahoma. The touchdown count might not be ideal with BYU's low-tempo, low-scoring offense, but Bushman is a legit candidate to be the reception leader among tight ends.
