Mason announced Thursday via his personal Twitter account that he'll forgo his remaining eligibility at Georgia Tech to enter the 2022 NFL Draft.

Due to the NCAA extending all players a free year of eligibility for the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the 2020 season, Mason would have had the option of returning to Georgia Tech -- or heading elsewhere -- for his sixth and final season of college football.
