McMillan announced Wednesday via social media that he will forgo his remaining eligibility at Washington to enter the 2024 NFL Draft.

Rather than taking advantage of the extra year of eligibility afforded him due to the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on his 2020 true freshman season, McMillan will pass on a fifth year of college football and make the jump to the professional ranks. Though fellow wideout Rome Odunze commanded most of the attention in the passing attack from quarterback Michael Penix, McMillan was effective in a supporting role in 2023, putting together a 45-559-5 receiving line on 66 targets over 11 appearances.

2023 Fantasy Outlook
Michael Penix has blue-chip wideout talent with McMillan and Rome Odunze, and it's hard to find a more productive tandem in the FBS. McMillan compiled 79 passes for 1,098 yards and nine touchdowns last season. McMillan and Odunze have very similar statistics, and the target allotment from Penix was almost identical last season. Although McMillian is more of a mid-route possession receiver, he had an obvious nose for the end zone and is a reliable red-zone target.
