Rangel, who did not appear in any games this season for the Hokies, will look for a new school during the offseason. He started his career with Oklahoma State where he appeared in 12 games across three seasons, throwing eight touchdowns and seven interceptions for the Cowboys. He may look to jump down from the Power 4 where he's more likely to see playing time.
