2025 Receiving Projections
2025 Fantasy Outlook
Entering his junior season, Wilson has 804 receiving yards and seven touchdowns despite playing in just four games last season. In those four games, Wilson showed flashes of brilliance, averaging 14.0 yards per reception en route to 19 catches for 266 yards and a score. He was expected to be the team's lead wideout last year before the injury, and with the team's top two receivers from a year ago, Elijah Badger and Chimere Dike, moving on, Wilson should be poised to truly claim that role in 2025. Assuming he can stay healthy, Wilson should have a big season with phenom quarterback DJ Lagway at the helm of the offense. Read Past Outlooks
Commits to LSU
Wilson (leg) has committed to LSU, Hayes Fawcett of On3 reports.
ANALYSIS
In less than one week, LSU's receiver corps added four commitments -- the first three being Jackson Harris, Tre' Brown and Jayce Brown, all 2025 standouts. But unlike the other three, Wilson has SEC experience, and ample loads of it. While enrolled at Florida from 2023 to 2025, he logged 107 receptions (on 139 targets) for 1,043 yards and 10 touchdowns. Now that Wilson's 2026 season includes a team, his focus shifts to recovery.

2024 Fantasy Outlook
Wilson had a rather sensational freshman campaign, reeling in 61 balls for 538 yards and six touchdowns. Leading receiver Ricky Pearsall has taken his talents to the NFL, leaving Wilson as the surefire No. 1 wideout for the Gators in 2024. Aiding his cause is the return of Graham Mertz under center; Mertz is exceptionally experienced and coming off his best collegiate season. The continuity on offense, including a reliable running game with Montrell Johnson, should create plenty of opportunities on the outside for Wilson to shine. The only potential catch to Wilson's giddyup is the team's late addition of Elijhah Badger via the transfer portal, but Wilson still projects as the team's top wideout.
