Sam Klein continues our conference preview series with a look at the Mountain West, where Ashton Jeanty and the Broncos are once again favored to bring home the conference crown.

Sam Klein looks at intriguing spring fantasy storylines across the Mountain West conference. Despite an impressive season in 2023, Ashton Jeanty could shine brighter next season with George Holani gone.

Chris Morgan details the biggest AAC storylines this spring. Desmond Ridder is gone but Ben Bryant is back, leaving Cincinnati with a tough decision to make as the Bearcats look to stay atop the AAC.
2022 Fantasy Outlook
Goffney was pretty much buried on the depth chart last season as he received under two targets in all but one game as a freshman. However, in the one game where he received 13 targets, he turned it into 10 receptions for 88 yards. This display proved that Goffney could provide a lot for this offense. Unfortunately for Goffney, the SMU offense is still very crowded. Rashee Rice decided to return for another year so he will likely get the lion’s share of the targets. Also Jake Bailey transferred to SMU and he will also be ahead of Goffney on the depth chart. Goffney should still produce decent numbers but he probably won’t see anything close to the one 13-target game he enjoyed last season.
