Duran Bell

Bell, an incoming redshirt sophomore, spent his first two seasons of college at South Florida. He appeared in only three games for the Bulls in 2018, churning out 148 yards and a touchdown on 28 carries and two receptions for four yards before he was one of 11 players suspended in December ahead of the team's Gasparilla Bowl game against Marshall for a violation of team rules. At the time the news was announced, it was reported that none of the 11 players were expected to return to South Florida, so it's no surprise that Bell has opted to continue his career elsewhere. He'll have three years of eligibility remaining and can compete immediately by virtue of dropping down to the FCS level.
