Sample caught his second touchdown of the year in the contest. His touchdown was Washington's only touchdown through the air in the game. Outside of the touchdown, Sample has been fairly quiet in a passing offense that's struggled to get going over the last few weeks. Even with a favorable match-up against Oregon State coming up after his team's bye, Sample figures to play a limited role in the offense.
