On Thursday, Mallinger was booked on four charges. Half of them included possession of schedule I or schedule II drugs. He was also booked on two counts of possession with an intent to sell the aforementioned schedule I or II drugs. Mallinger will be out indefinitely, and the hope is a clearer indication of his availability becomes public knowledge as soon as possible.
