Scores first career TD in Week 7
October 14, 2024
Dupree recorded 10 rushes for 26 yards and one touchdown and gathered in all two targets for 20 yards during Saturday's 42-7 win against Rutgers.
ANALYSIS
Dupree served as the Badgers' No. 2 running back behind fifth-year senior Tawee Walker for the second week in a row. The true freshman logged his first career rushing touchdown with a two-yard score early in the third quarter. His production still paled in comparison to Walker, who tallied 24 carries for a career-high 198 rushing yards and three scores on the ground. Dupree also still logged two catches on two targets for the second game in a row. However, it doesn't seem likely that he'll get a ton of opportunities given Walker's increased workload over the past two games.
