Off to Western Kentucky
Ratzlaff announced Thursday via his personal Twitter account that he has committed to Western Kentucky, joining the program as a graduate transfer from FCS Houston Baptist.
ANALYSIS
The 6-foot-2 wide receiver was productive for Houston Baptist across the past two seasons, racking up 116 catches for 1,538 yards and 15 touchdowns. As he makes the jump up in competition, Ratzlaff likely won't be able to maintain that level of production, but he should at least compete for a role in Western Kentucky's receiver rotation. Ratzlaff will have the benefit of working with offensive coordinator Zach Kittley and quarterback Bailey Zappe, both of whom made the move from Houston Baptist to the Hilltoppers earlier in the offseason.

2021 Fantasy Outlook
Western Kentucky is now basically Houston Baptist East. The Hilltoppers hired HBU's offensive coordinator Zack Kittley and proceeded to get transfers from HBU's starting quarterback Bailey Zappe and its three top receivers as well, including Ratzlaff. The grad transfer had over 100 receiving yards in all three games last year against FBS teams. That shows a lot of potential in his game.
