Spurlin is entering the NCAA's transfer portal, Matt Zenitz of CBS Sports reports.

More than one year after medically retiring from football, Spurlin will attempt a comeback. During 2024 and 2025, the tight end did not play any games. For 2023, Spurlin logged several of them.
