Harbor has been one of the most improved players for South Carolina during the offseason, and he seems poised to have a huge role in 2025. The junior had 26 catches for 376 yards and three touchdowns as a sophomore in 2024, but he could be one of the leading wideouts in 2025 if he's able to translate his camp improvements to actual game situations.
