Ruelas has declared for the 2026 NFL Draft, Matt Murschel of the Orlando Sentinel reports.

Ruelas will look to jump to the next level after making 15 of 17 kicks for UCF in 2025. He'll end his college career having made 80.7 percent of his 57 kicks across four seasons.
