Velez has signed with Buffalo, according to the team's announcement Monday.

While part of Bethune-Cookman's 2024 team, Velez logged 19 receptions for 152 yards. In terms of tight ends, he provides competition to fellow options Nick Leonard, Evan King and Andrew Schnackenberg.
