Williams notched 15 rushes for 80 yards and gathered in 1 of 2 targets for negative two yards during Saturday's 34-7 win against Brigham Young.

Four of Williams' last five games include double-digit carries. For 2025, 80 is the running back's third-most rushing yards. Williams logged more than Dickey, but he recorded Texas Tech's most carries and a touchdown. Though the former remains TTU's secondary RB, he is still a formidable force who can make some noise in postseason action.
