Javien Cuff News: Talents to UTRGV

Cuff will take his talents to Texas-Rio Grande Valley, according to his announcement Sunday.

Despite a solid 2024 season, Cuff will take his talents to the second division of NCAA football. While part of Buffalo that year, he logged 10 receptions for 127 yards and one touchdown.
