Cam Edwards News: Leaving Huskies

Edwards will enter the transfer portal, per Hayes Fawcett of On3.com.

Edwards was UConn's starting tailback for the past two seasons, and he's coming off a career year. He ran for 1,132 yards and 14 touchdowns on 5.7 yards per carry this fall, also catching 19 passes for 186 yards and a score. The workhorse halfback should have plenty of big-time programs after him, and he'll have one year of eligibility remaining.
