Bear Bachmeier News: Logs worst game of career

Bachmeier completed 16 of 27 passes for 115 yards and two interceptions during Saturday's 34-7 defeat against Texas Tech. He also had nine rushes for negative two yards.

For the first time in his collegiate career, Bachmeier logged multiple touchdowns and fumbles without any touchdowns. As a result, BYU's team was the second out for the College Football Playoff. So instead of the CFP, BYU will focus on a bowl game, the Pop-Tarts Bowl. It will feature the Cougars against Georgia Tech, and Bachmeier's focus shifts to getting back on track.
