The Tiger-Cats
signed Tagovailoa to their roster Monday.
ANALYSIS
The younger brother of Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa will try to get consistent time under center in the CFL. He's heading to the CFL after five seasons of college football, the last four of which he spent at Maryland and completed 67.1 percent of his pass attempts for 11,256 yards, 76 touchdowns and 37 interceptions. He could have a legitimate shot at making the Tiger-Cats roster as soon as he learns the ins and outs of the offense.
